How It Works
A licensed physical therapist evaluates your mobility and treats you right in your own home, focusing on the daily routines that have become difficult.
Our goal is to help you stay independent at home and keep taking part in daily activities, family life and your community.
We Are a Medicare Provider
As a Medicare provider, we bill your insurance directly for physical therapy in your home under Medicare Part B. If leaving home is hard because of a medical or physical condition, your Part B outpatient benefit can cover therapy at home with a licensed physical therapist.
We also accept Aetna Medicare plans, Independence Blue Cross plans and Keystone 65. Coverage and eligibility depend on your plan, so call us and we'll check for you.
